As the Depot General Manager, you will be at the helm of operations, overseeing and motivating your teams to drive performance, fostering a culture of excellence, and ensuring seamless coordination between departments. Operational Excellence
Managing the complexities of operational performance, contract deliver and managing the P&L of the site. Seeking ways to streamline processes, optimize resources, and exceed targets. You will always ensure that business is conducted to the highest, professional standards. You will drive efficiencies across the service centre to maximise sales, reduce costs and maintain contract delivery.
Experience
If you have a background in supporting public sector organisations or have experience within the healthcare industry you are already one step ahead. Your understanding of the unique challenges and requirements of these sectors will be invaluable in delivering top-notch service and driving innovation in our operations. In addition, it would be of benefit if candidates have experience of managing large customers and account management.
