Your Role as Internal Sales Manager

As Internal Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind growth in your region and within your team. A dynamic and motivated leader who is ready to lead by example in all sales activities. In this role, you’ll mentor, coach, and inspire your team to reach new heights while expanding market share.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Drive Sales and Market Share: Lead the expansion of our presence in your region, focusing on our strategic brands.
  • Mentor and Develop Your Team: Coach and develop your direct reports, helping them reach their full potential.
  • Build Strong Customer Relationships: Cultivate and strengthen positive relationships with our existing customers.
  • Drive Sales Performance: Monitor the daily sales budget, keep your team on track, and address any shortfalls. Generate regular reports and statistics for monthly management meetings and ad hoc needs.
  • CRM Management: Ensure all CRM records are accurate and up to date, with complete information on customer activities.
  • Additional Duties: Be ready to take on other tasks as needed to support the business.

What you’ll have:

  • Sales experience, within security distribution sector or similar.
  • Experience of using Navision, or any CRM/ERP system.
  • Excellent empathy skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand market pricing and gross profit expectation.
  • Ability to understand basic technical product information.
  • Formal sales qualification/training.
  • Planning, managing and adjusting staffing levels to meet daily operational requirements of the department.
  • To be involved in the recruiting and training of staff, as per identified learning and development needs.

  • Competitive salary and Commission £60-65K (OTE).
