About the Role
An established and respected organisation within the construction industry is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to take ownership of daily business performance and operational excellence.
This is a senior leadership role where you’ll play a key part in strategic planning, process improvement, and team performance, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and optimise day-to-day operations across multiple live projects.
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver complex operational activities with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Monitor performance data and turn insights into actionable, results-driven decisions.
  • Lead the adoption of new systems, tools, and processes that enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate closely with senior management and project teams to achieve delivery excellence.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage and resolve operational challenges with professionalism and confidence.
  • Respond quickly to evolving business or site conditions, maintaining strong outcomes.
About You
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in an operational management role, ideally within construction or a related technical industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Highly organised, capable of prioritising multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical thinker with a proven track record of data-driven decision-making.
  • Skilled in planning, problem-solving, and performance management.
  • Comfortable with IT systems and new technology, with experience implementing process improvements.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and proactive in driving progress and managing change.
