Polisher - 6 month FTC inside of IR35 - 10 positions available

We are looking for ten experienced Polishers to work with one of the UK’s leading supercar brands. You will have experience of working on high end or bespoke projects within a team. You will also be able to have tasks delegated to you and compete them individually against a set timescale.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

• Undertake the exterior polishing of vehicles using the correct method and materials
• Inspect vehicles to ensure there are no defects and that you have achieved a perfect finish every time
• Flattening, polishing, touching up
• Understand and follow detailed work instructions
• Working under pressure
• Participate in continuing improvement activities as requested
• Identify any issues that may be affecting quality, cost or productivity.
• Maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

This role will consist of both early and late shifts and is based on site in Woking.
