Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Read through technical documentation and legislation, and hold review sessions with stakeholders to summarize necessary information and help create actionable items
- Involve relevant stakeholders to collect requirements and create documentation such as system specifications, design guidelines, etc
- Help manage online project management tools and implement changes to improve efficiency
- Work with Chief Engineer and Project Management to create initiatives, involve stakeholders and follow up on deliverables
- Attend targeted meetings and events, take minutes, and summarize to stakeholders for key decisions
- Host regular review sessions with Chief Engineer to plan work and summarize information
- Propose and help implement initiatives to help engineering organization
