A proven track record of building excellent business relationships and stakeholder management with the ability to influence and challenge effectively at all levels of the organisation whilst retaining buy in.   Recognised as an International operational expert with commercial focus and a competent approach to problem solving and the ability to display good judgement and perform under pressure.  Good written and oral communication skills, with the initiative to work effectively alone and as part of a team, in addition to having significant people management experience.
