The Visualisation Manager will be an expert in the field of rendering and the creation of digital assets to support the requirements of Design, Marketing and Q departments within the company.

You will thrive in working as part of a unique team, bringing experience of creating high quality photo realistic stills and animations.

You’ll be knowledgeable in the techniques to prepare, create and deliver these assets for approval.

You will be customer/client facing, facilitating and running in person and virtual spec sessions for Q cars and specials.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
  • Lead and manage a diverse team of digital visualisation artists
  • Supporting Brand team, Design and Q departments to enable the delivery of digital assets.
  • Work directly with the Designers, Colour and Materials, Q, Marcomms and Product Strategy, and Legal departments to deliver digital assets based on briefs raised.
  • You’ll have Exception skills in the creation of assets using the most relevant software available to the team.
  • It is expected that you’ll be proficient in modelling, texturing, UV’s & rendering setup using these applications.
  • The applicant would benefit with a basic grounding in the use of Autodesk Alias for the preparation and organisation of Alias files into other applications.
  • The ability to take creative direction and briefs to develop project’s individually and as part of a team.
  • To be a point of expertise for others within the team.
  • Be able to advise on the best platform for delivery base on the overall volume of requests.
  • Demonstrate a creative ability to stay at the forefront of visualisation delivery.
  • Provide digital assets and support to senior management for design reviews.
  • Plan and prioritise workload as well as supply quotes against jobs to help plan for the overall teams’ deliveries.
  • Proactive approach to work and group interaction.
  • Proficiency with identifying and maintaining hardware and software to support the current and future needs of the visualisation team
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent related discipline, with relevant experience.
  • Many years of experience working in a cross functional environment and adjusts well to changing circumstances, working well in a busy, deadline-driven dynamic environment
  • Experience and understanding of the following:
  • Rendering VR                                        Lighting                               Compositing
  • Animation Video Editing                    Retouching                          Texturing
