    • Support asset management program, processes, and daily operations and maintain process documentation and standard work for all key asset lifecycle stages

    • Experience in Software asset management contract procurement and tracking.
    • Understanding of Software versions and the importance of SKU/part number management.
    • Experience managing all software licensing aspects for an enterprise
    • Knowledge of various platforms and license types (PVUs, CALs, cloud, subscription, perpetual, etc.)
    • Experience with licensing for large software vendors, such as IBM, Oracle, Microsoft, Adobe, etc.
    • Experience supporting software audits, true-ups, renewals, etc
    Nice to have:
    • IT Asset Management certifications such as Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM), Certified Software Asset Manager (CSAM)
    • ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 Foundation certification
    • Experience supporting deployment and sustainment of SAM Pro

      The Person:
      • BS/MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering
      • Minimum of 5 years engineering and/or quality experience including:
      • Design and manufacturing of electric motors, power electronics and related electrical test processes
      • In depth knowledge of electric drive units, gearbox/transmission designs and associated components like gears, seals, castings etc.
      • Knowledge of functionality and GD&T for system level and component level of drive unit
      • Knowledge of assembly processes and testing for drive unit like leak testing, electrical testing, NVH etc.
      • Basic CAD knowledge, including ability to review designs within CATIA
      • Strong statistical and problem-solving capability, Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Preferred
      • 2-5 years’ experience with New Product and Process Development
      • Knowledge of AIAG, APQP and related tools
      • Familiarity with CMM, laser scan, CT scan and other gaging device
      • Demonstrated quality improvements through use of structured problem solving
      • Experience working in a cross functional environment
      • Ability to collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers
      • Comfortable working in a manufacturing / production environment
